Owned and operated by Pamela Raymond and Richard Stafford for the past twenty years, the Sayville Inn is part of local history. Join Pam and Richard for an evening at their home away from home. Teddy Roosevelt stopped here for a drink while visiting Meadow Croft, the estate owned by John Ellis Roosevelt, the president's cousin. The Inn, built in 1888, is located on Middle Road, the South Shore highway of the 19th Century. The wonderfully prepared dishes, the cozy ambiance and the friendly young staff make The Sayville Inn a nice place (if you can find it).

The Sayville Inn is by far my favorite restaurant in town. Not only is it in a historic building, but the atmosphere and food is nothing but the best!
